About WHXLabs Dubai 2026
WHXLabs Dubai 2026, formerly known as MEDLAB Middle East, is the largest professional medical laboratory exhibition in the Middle East. This year marks its 25th session since the official renaming, gathering cutting-edge achievements in global diagnostic technologies and laboratory-related fields.
With a 100,000-square-meter exhibition space, the exhibition is expected to attract more than 4,300 exhibitors and over 70,000 professional visitors from more than 180 countries and regions. Taking “25 Years of Laboratory Innovation: Uniting Communities for a Healthier Future” as its theme, it includes eight product pillars, two new clinician conferences and the 25th Annual Laboratory Management and Medical Congress.
Global industry giants such as Beckman Coulter and Pure Lab have participated in the exhibition, making it a core bridge connecting global IVD enterprises, medical institutions, distributors and scientific research institutions, as well as an important window for enterprises to expand the Middle East and global markets.

Core Innovative Products
Testsealabs presents two flagship products at this exhibition, both based on advanced colloidal gold, fluorescent and latex-enhanced lateral flow immunoassays (LFIA) platforms, and strictly complying with ISO 13485:2016, MDSAP and other international quality system standards (analytical sensitivity: 90–99%, specificity: above 97%).
- Slide-cover Cassette : It solves the industry pain point of sample contamination with an innovative sealed design, which can be applied to Fecal Occult Blood (FOB) Testing, H. Pylori Antigen Testing, HIV and HBsAg Screening and other high-risk testing scenarios. It ensures the accuracy of test results, improves user safety and simplifies laboratory workflows.
- Integrated Sample-application Cassette : With a single-well integrated design, it solves the problem of insufficient diluent in traditional kits. Easy to operate without additional tools, it takes into account privacy and environmental protection, and is widely suitable for home self-testing and professional scenarios, empowering individuals to manage their health actively.
OEM/ODM Cooperation & Production Strength
As an IVD-focused CDMO enterprise, Testsealabs has independent full-process production capacity, covering recombinant antigen and antibody production, conjugate preparation, membrane striping, cassette assembly and final packaging. All production links are completed in ISO-compliant cleanrooms (Class 10,000 and 100,000), and a customized automatic production line ensures batch consistency of products.
At this exhibition, Testsealabs focuses on promoting its flexible OEM/ODM cooperation models, including OEM production of proven products, ODM development of new products and custom test development. It can customize brand, packaging, instruction language and product performance according to partners’ needs, with a minimum order quantity of 10,000–50,000 units per item and a sample delivery cycle of only 7–14 days. Professional regulatory support and registration document services are also provided to help partners seize the regional market quickly.
Product Layout
Testsealabs’ products cover three core areas, which can fully meet the testing needs of medical, animal husbandry, food and other fields in the Middle East:
