Product Detail:

  • High Sensitivity and Specificity
    • Specifically designed to detect the E7 antigens of HPV 16 and 18, ensuring accurate identification of high-risk infections with minimal risk of false positives or false negatives.
  • Fast Results
    • The test delivers results in just 15–20 minutes, allowing healthcare providers to make quick decisions and initiate treatment plans as needed.
  • Simple and Easy to Use
    • The test is straightforward to operate, requiring minimal training. It is designed for use in a variety of clinical settings, including clinics, hospitals, and primary healthcare centers.
  • Non-invasive Sample Collection
    • The test uses a non-invasive sampling method, such as cervical swabs, minimizing patient discomfort and making it more suitable for routine screening.
  • Ideal for Large-Scale Screening
    • This test is an excellent choice for large-scale screening programs, such as community health initiatives, epidemiological studies, or public health screenings, helping to control the incidence of cervical cancer.

Principle:

  • How It Works:
    • The test cassette contains antibodies that specifically bind to the E7 antigens of HPV 16 and 18.
    • When a sample containing the E7 antigens is applied to the cassette, the antigens will bind to the antibodies in the test area, producing a visible color change in the test region.
  • Test Procedure:
    • A sample is collected (typically via a cervical swab or other relevant sample) and added to the sample well of the test cassette.
    • The sample moves through the cassette via capillary action. If HPV 16 or 18 E7 antigens are present, they will bind to the specific antibodies, forming a colored line in the corresponding test region.
    • A control line will appear in the control zone if the test is functioning properly, indicating the validity of the test.
