Intended Use

Vaginitis Multi-Test Kit (Dry Chemoenzymatic Method) is intended for in vitro qualitative detection of hydrogen peroxide, sialylase neuraminidase (SNA), leukocyte esterase (LE), proline imi nopeptidase,N -Acetyl-β-D-Glucosaminidase (NAG), oxidase and pH in female vaginal secretions.

Summary

Hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) is clinically used to determine whether the vaginal ecological balance

environment has been destroyed. Sialylase neuraminidase ( SNA is clinically used to determine the presence ofbacterial vaginosis in the vagina. Leukocyte esterase (LE) is clinically used to determine the presence of bacterial vaginosis in the vagina. Proline iminopeptidase (PIP) is also clinically used to determine the presence of bacterial vaginosis in the vagina. N-Acetyl-β-D-Glucosaminidase (NAG) is clinically used to determine the presence ofTrichomonas vaginitis and Candida vaginitis in the vagina. Oxidase (OA) is clinically used to determine the presence of nonspecific vaginitis in the vagina pH value is clinically used to distinguish Trichomonas vaginitis from Candida vaginitis.Vaginitis Multi-Test Kit (Dry Chemoenzymatic Method)is used for auxiliary diagnosis of female vaginal health conditions, including micro ecological environment, bacterial vaginosis (BY), trichomonas vaginitis, candidal vaginitis, and nonspecific vaginitis. At present, the routine examination methods for vaginitis include: Leucorrhea microscopice xamination, bacterial culture examination of vaginal secretions, drug sensitivity test, digital colposcopy, etc.
